Typically, on the release date, new sets (booster packs) and their theme decks are available around 9:00-10:00 AM, Pacific Time.  Pokemon USA is headquartered on the West Coast (Bellevue/Seattle, WA), so you can google what that means for your time zone.

I think they should tell us which time zone they are using, officially.

It's released now. Can anyone confirm whether the Let's Play Eevee and Pikachu decks are also released now (code cards working)? So I know if it are trade-only decks and I can trade for them now (it's possible to ask for them, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're obtainable).

Unbroken bonds has been released in game.

 

I just got the 2 Theme. A priori I don't think they're very good to play being Battle mind better than Lighting loop for collection purposes as it have more UNB pokémon and a couple Welder while the Zeraora's is mixed with FLi pokémon and have no trainers from new set.

I opened 4 packs and ended up with a Venemoth GX and a Weilder! Good start!

Usually through weekend the feature is added. No exact time or date is known until told in News & announcements subforum. Hope they make the add this time too.
