versus mode [CARD] Aether Paradise stadium broken

Hi all,

First off, please see attachment.

Now, as you can see I have played the aether paradise conservation area stadium card, which should allow all basic grass and lighting Pokemon take 30 less damage. The effect was activated when I dealt damage to opponent's pokemon but the damage was not reduce when my opponent attacked me. As a result, I conceded my game as there is no point playing an unfair match.

The photos I uploaded, featured my venusar TT attacked my opponent venusaur TT, however, no damage was registered apart from the special conditions effect. And when opponent used pollen hazard, and solar beam I took the full damage. This did not happen thrice, it happened more times throughout the game. Opponent also knocked out my shaymin prism with 130 damage instead of 100 from Sceptile's second attack, which was apprehensive due to hp capacity but it showed the aether conservation was flawed.

Thanks for telling us that your screenshots are saved on your desktop but that does us no good unless you provide us with remote access to your computer.

try using one of the many popular image hosting sites to upload pictures.

also, a gamelog would be much quicker. 99% of the time, it should be able to tell us whats going on in these situations.

It seems that your images have not been attached correctly.

We recommend you use one of these options to add pictures: either drag files to attach or choose files from your device.

As @XK920XK correctly advises, could you please submit a ticket to the support team attaching a game log by clicking the support portal link from my signature, signing in on the top right side of the page, then selecting the relevant category and clicking Contact Us?

 

There are two ways to obtain a game log.

- During the game: On the section where the game chat is, there is a tab for the game log. At the bottom is a button to export the log.
- After the game: On the summary screen, there is a button that will allow you to export the log.

I have had a similar issue but not only was damaged not reduced but in some cases it was reduced too much and completely negated.

I have already submitted a bug report via the support ticket but I thought it would also be best to collate information here.

I had a similar encounter yesterday about this. I'm pretty sure that Aether paradise didn't work as it should be. I was playing agaist a Pikachu & Zekrom GX and I was able to one shot it, while I shouldn't been able to, with TEU Gyarados (no choice band, any increased damage or what so ever), even if there's was a Aether Paradise in play. As of this particullar game, with all the cards that was in play, I should have lost this game. I shouldn't have been able to defeate is pikachu & zekrom GX, he would have been able to use is GX attacks and he would have defeated my only 2 remaining pokemon.
