[GENERAL] Pokemon Won't download

Hi I want to check up Pokemon TCG as I love card games and I love pokemon when I was little. I tried to download it on my mac, it downloaded the Pokemon  Online Trading Card Game Installer no problem. However, when I open the installer to install the game I arrived at the page  "The installation was successful. The software was installed" Even though I don't see the app being installed anywhere on my mac

Hello TrainerBabyBlue, 

 

I would suggest doing a full uninstall and reinstall of the game, by following the next instructions for MAC:
 
MAC Uninstall
    Delete your TCGO folder, along with any downloaded installation files.
    Click on 'Go' located on your top window, press the 'alt/option' key and select 'Library'.
    Go to 'Cache' folder. Delete any/all Pokémon related folders you find.
    From the 'Library' again, go to 'Saved Application State' and delete "unity.The Pokémon Company International.Refresher.savedState" folder.
    Empty your trash and then restart your Mac.
   

Please ensure that you also delete all previously downloaded versions of the game.

 

We recommend using a different web browser to download the file again (such as Firefox or Google Chrome).

 

Download the latest game installer.
