Most Memorable Moments Of Getting Rare Pokemon Cards

This is mine going back to gen 1.  It was my birthday and I'd turned 11.  I fell sick that birthday while been in school and couldn't eat my birthday dinner which was at McDonald's after been pickup up by my parents.  Afterwards I went and had a look in some Pokemon card shop and they had a Basic Set Charizard 4/102 in their album for sale.  Knowing what a terrible birthday I was having my Dad treated me and bought it.  It's now been in a plastic sleeve for about 18 years and shown on a YouTube video I made.

Oh, what happened to me was:

 

When I opened my first 2 packs ever (they were GRI) (I mostly bought singles back when I started.) I didn’t have any hopes of anything good. But on my second pack, I got a RR Turtonator GX. I was really happy.
