[GENERAL] Network Connection Sign In Error

Whenever I try to sign in to the TCG online app it says: "The network connection with the server has been lost." Our network works fine, and the TCG server status is "online," so what's happening?

Thank you for asking. If the internet connection is not strong enough, you might get this kind of errors.
