[GENERAL] Doesn't Answer when i open it

So i start the game. And when i come to the login page and types in my password and username everything just freezes and it says "Pokemon trading card game.exe doesn't answer do you want to quit?"

 

Etcetc

I kept trying and nothing happens, sometimes it even freezes before it comes to the login page.

What is wrong?

Now it freezes all the time just before the login page and quits the game.

Ok now i can play the game.

 

But when i try to login it says 

 

"You cannot upgrade with a previous existing account, make a new account and upgrade"

 

 

When i try to login? Why? I want to play on my old account that i had before when i played actively.

Nevermind, everything is just confusing right now,. It seems like i'm online but not?

If you are still having an issue logging in I would suggest reaching out to the support team. You can open a ticket by clicking the link in my signature, selecting the PTCGO option, and then selecting "Contact Us". 

 

In the meantime, make sure you are clicking the "Log In" button and signing in using your login credentials.
