Honedge FLI-46

Honedge's ability reads: "If this pokemon is your Active Pokemon and is knocked out by damage from an opponent's attack, put 3 damage counters on 1 of your opponent's pokemon."

 

In game, when this ability is activated, it will always target the pokemon attacking Honedge. However, at a tournament I attended recently, a judge informed me that the ability extended to any 1 pokemon that I chose. Therefore, Honedge's ability is not working properly in-game.

It is known bug (version 2.62 known issues):

 

• Added: Honedge (FLI #46): Final Hour places damage counters on the opponent's attacking Pokémon, rather than letting Honedge's owner choose where to place the damage counters.
