Question: I bought two of the same theme deck

As the title says.  I bought two of the same kind of theme deck.  I am hoping to build a standard deck out of those.  But, how come I do not see the second one added in my collection?  Is that not allowed?  Can I refund my money?

go to your collection, under packs and it should be in there, you have to manually open the 2nd decks you purchase
