[GAME] Discard pile not showing accurate information

Just lost a game because of a bug, pretty upset to say the least
The game showed I had only one haunter in my discard and my deck has 2
I had one prize left and verified it was crobat not haunter
Drawing a haunter would have won me the game

Drew very last card expecting it to be haunter and NOPE
Looked at discard pile again which showed I had 2 haunter in my discard pile magically

This is not the first time this has happened to me
This is the first time I have lost a game because of it however
Really *** annoyed

It seems every single bug in this program is meant for me

1. It’s possible that you just read your discard wrong the first time.

2.You can’t say that. No bug is out to get you, or anyone for that matter. You can send me every game log where you’ve encountered a “bug”, and I might believe you.

Thank you for reporting this possible bug.

 

@SKBellmore is right, a game log would be very useful in this case.

 

There are two ways to obtain a game log:

 

1. During the Game: on the section where the Game Chat is, there is a tab for the Game Log. At the bottom is a button to export the log.

2. After the Game: on the summary screen, there is a button that will allow you to export the log.

 

If you run into this situation again, would you please submit a ticket to support by clicking the link to the support portal in my signature, signing in on the top right side of the page, then selecting the relevant category and clicking Contact Us with a game log so they can review it to make sure it is a bug?

definitely did not read my discard pile info wrong

as this is not the first time its happened

 

it seems to happen after using a rescue stretcher or other card to pull cards from the discard
