Karen, just in case. If you don't mind the Night march threat, then you don't need her.

 

I remember to play MMewtwo with Garbodor [Garbotoxin].

 

You can use Mysterious treasure in this deck. Evosoda helps the evos.  Tool retriever can remove Link to hand for other Mega and change for a different tool if you play any. Field blower makes also a similar thing but different.

 

Guzma is the alternative to Lysandre. You can play 1 and 1 or 2 Guzma or keep Lysandre, based on playing experience.

 

I'm in doubt about the utility of Psy third's eye, that's also play test.

 

The list looks pretty regular tho. What are the lacks you find when playing?

Not much, I just thought I could make it better with newer cards. Also, is evosoda really that useful? Only Eevee and Mewtwo evolve in this deck.

And Espeon and M Mewtwo are your final stages. No need to a ball or discarding cards. You just get straight your final stages. OK, Espeon evolves with an energy. But if you don't have that energy or you want to attach it to Mewtwo, or if you try to save a bench KO from Spread damage over an Eevee for example, you still can evolve to Espeon. Is there room for Evosodas? That's a different point.

 

Battle compressor is a powerful card. And playing Mega turbo can fit. No need to mention the normal use for discarding any desired Supporter having a Vs seeker in hand and the thin the deck or discarding useless cards advantage.

 

Super rod is a must in Expanded IMO. Rescue stretcher is too but if only one, I would get the rod.

 

I would add 1 Gengar & Mimikyu GX. Is basic, 240HP, needs 1 energy to attack and for the GX, and 2 for the effect. It's not like these needing 5 or 6 energies. And suffers different weakness than the rest of your Poke. It's a 3 packs card (I have one for trade if you interested). You could cut 1 Eevee.

 

I'm just brainstorming ideas. Indeed, if you feel the deck works nice, go on. About changes, is you who have to make little ones to check if it works better or worse and if you feel comfortable or you think you're missing anything. Cynthia over Sycamore? 2+2? More Lillie? You need Faba? (Awesome supporter too). Guzma or Lysandre? Mysterious treasure or Ultra ball? Or 1+3, 2+2, 3+1...? Nest ball? If problems with energies, Prof letter? Energy loto?  It's all testing.

 

And if you want to try the Garbodor version, just remove Espeon line and add 2-2- Garbodor (+GengaKyu).

Still feel missing a Field blower. Night march won a tournament not long ago but it seems is not popular either way so you could remove Karen and add a Field blower. ACE Spec can be another of course.

Would replacing Shrine of Memories with a Shining Celebi be a good idea? If I did I could use Altar of the Moone to give all my Pokémon free retreat.

Why not, worth a try, And you keep the advantage of previous evos attacks just for you.
