So I am trying to get back into TCG but need some help on whether or not this deck build will work. I would want to start out playing extended not classic.

• 4 Lillie

• 4 Double Colorless Energy - Special
• 4 Double Dragon Energy - Special
• 4 Fighting Energy - Basic
• 4 Lightning Energy - Basic

Is there a reason you are not using rare candy, especially since you have two stage 2 lines? I also think you really want 4 mysterious treasure and Lance (prism Star).
