Where did all my cards go?

I used to play on pc, now I started playing on my tablet. I am logged in to my normal account but my cards aren't here. Help please?

Your cards and progress are stored on the servers. If you logged in and all of your cards are missing, you may simply be signed into the wrong account. I would suggest reaching out to the support team if you are sure that you are signed into the correct account. To open a ticket just click the link in my signature, select the PTCGO option, and then select "Contact Us". If you remember certain cards that were in your collection be sure to include that information in your ticket.
