[GENERAL] No sound in game

I have no sound in PTCG. Yes my sound is on, everything else on my pc is working except this game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still no sound.

I hate to ask the obvious, but have you gone into Settings, to the Audio tab?  There's a tiny "Mute All" checkbox at the bottom that might be checked?

Yes I have made sure that is not selected.
