My account has been silenced by an administrator, but for no reason

Hello, I would like to ask the administrators for help because I have a problem. Today I went to talk with a friend that I made in the game and also try to find more Brazilians in the chat, however when I type something in the chat the following message is displayed (Your account has been silenced by a moderator.) Check the associated email address to your account for more information.) But I did not say anything offensive in the chat, the only things I remember that were "censored" were very large messages that I was asking my friend about the decks, or laughs (kkkkk we wrote in Brazil) but this is nothing special. Could you help me with this problem and remove this silencing?
