Buttons and other clickable items behave and interact weirdly when chat is open.

Various buttons and clickable items throughout the game interact weirdly when the in-game chat is open. One of the most noticeable cases of this is with the scroll bar in public trades when the chat is open. Normally, this should be obscured and unable to be clicked on at all. However, with the current version, if you hover your cursor over the correct spot and left click, you can at times still interact with it. Another example of this is buttons not being clickable when the chat is open in the deck manager screen. The issue does not always occur and there is no clear reason as to why it occurs, however it is still a problem as things should not have the ability to be interacted with through other items and buttons should not be affected when not clearly covered up.
