[GENERAL] Other - Wrong location in leaderboards

Hello Com,

 

although my account is created in Germany and in my settings this Country is stated, I only can see my in the 'global' section of the TCGO-leaderbords (with german flag) - when I switch to 'europe' it's stated that I don't live in this Region and when I switch to 'Germany' it says that I havent earnet any points yet.

I Play several Standard decks this week and have earned abot 600 versus Points ingame. 

What can be done about this issue?

 

Edit: seems that the game thinks I live in South America - but then again: "You haven't earned any versus Points..." even in this secticon, whereas thera are some and I can also see my German Avatra in the Global secticon

The leaderboards here are known to work poorly, and when they do work, they do not display any useful information. They are a record of points gained in a period, ignoring wins and losses, so they only tell you who played the most.

 

The best thing to do about them is ignore them.

I've come back after a Long time (playing WoW and Hearthstone) - is there another ladder-system or something competitive?

I suggest you send in a ticket to our customer support team outlining the issues you have been experiencing. You can submit a ticket by clicking the link to the support portal in my signature, signing in on the top right side of the page, then selecting the relevant category and clicking Contact Us.
