Authorization Failure

I haven't logged in for a few months and having tried today I have an authorization failure message keep popping up. I have reset my password successfully , uninstalled and reinstalled and still having no luck I am able to login to the web site just not the ptcgo app any ideas on what i should do next ?I am on an android tablet... thanks

Nightmare same thing again today...

I hadn't logged in or played in a month and was unable to log into PTCGO last night.I have my settings to save user name and password so went to log in as usual and just kept on getting Authorization Failure invalid user name or password even though I could log into pokemon.com with those settings fine just not on the PTCGO app so went on to reset and make a new password yet to have the same message appearing. Just got in from work today and tried and I'm still having the same issue

If you are able to log into the website but you are having trouble logging into TCGO, please reach out to our support team. You can create a ticket by clicking the link in my signature, selecting the PTCGO option, and then select "Contact Us".

 

If you cannot log into the website, please try recovering your username.
