Account suspended - NO reason

I tried to log in on the TCGO and it says account suspended. I dont know the reason why. does anyone know if it is only a temporary measure or is permanent? I didnt receive any warning, this is really unfair, as people pay loads of money to buy booster packs to submit the redeem code. please can someone help???
