Me getting muted in game

Hi (@mods)

 

Not sure where to refer to this but I feel like this is the best way to message you since I was unable to message the mods.

 

I hope you guys are well, I wanted to know the reason for me getting muted as I didn't get an email explaining the incident. However, I do recall messaging a player "???????" twice as he wasn't responding to me. I do not recall any further disruptive behaviour and I apologise and acknowledge my mistake. I would like to further request you to unmute me as I will and always have been a good and honest player of this game and have traded fairly.

 

 

I look forward to your response mods and hope you consider my request.

The moderators absolutely won't discuss discipline here in the forum.  If they want to be sticklers, there's actually a rule that prohibits posts about it.  Yours seems to be a simple question, but I wouldn't be surprised if one of them tells you this isn't allowed.

 

The only reason I'm responding?  ...I'm not sure that you'll get an e-mail if your muting was here in the forum.  I may be wrong, but the only time I've heard of e-mails being sent is because of infractions in the game itself.  If it was something that happened in the forum, you might be able to see "wazzup" by checking your Profile (in the upper right of this or any page).  When you're looking at the Overview page, right underneath your Avatar is a line that says, "X warning points."  That's actually a link that gives descriptions of recent and past warnings.

 

P.S.  You should send a Support Ticket if you want resolution.

I understand that you wish to discuss the reason why your account was muted as well as appealing such a disciplinary action.

 

However, as stated in the forum rules:

 

APPEALING DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
Any community member who wishes to discuss or refute a disciplinary action that has been applied to his or her account must submit a ticket via the Pokémon Support Portal. Discussion of disciplinary actions is not permitted on the forums.
