is it possible to win theme decks?

Trying to understand what happened here.  Here's what I remember:

 

1. I decided I wanted to play Relentless Flame but couldn't remember if I'd bought it already.

2. Go to Deck Manager to verify I don't own it.  I don't.  (Unless I missed it).

3. Buy Relentless Flame.

4. Go play some theme tournaments with newly purchased RF deck.  Finally win one.

5. Go to Collection -> Packs to see what all I have.  The packs I won from the tournament are in there, but so is a RF theme deck that I can "open" like a booster pack.

 

So how did the RF theme deck get in the view for Collection -> Packs?

 

I checked my cards, and it does look I now have two sets of all the RF cards.

Apparently, you bought it a second time.  In the future, you may want to use the Eyeball button (View Deck) to see if you own it.  Even if you own the regular set cards, there are usually exclusive cards in theme decks.  In Relentless Flame, it's a foil Charizard.

 

In your Collection, the 2nd one would appear there.  When you get a Theme Deck, either in the Shop or with an IRL Code Card, the first one opens automatically in Deck Manager.  The 2nd, and subsequent ones, have to be opened from your >Collection >Packs.

Dang.  Thanks for explaining.  I think when I was checking to see if I owned it already I just tried to scan through all the decks in Deck Manager.  Apparently I missed it.  Oh well.
