Rescue Stretcher, Brock's grit, and whichever card which from discard pile to deck, does not show the cards.

 

Before las update, yes.

This was added to the Known Issues on Feb 27th.
 

The opponent is not consistently shown the cards being returned to the deck by a Trainer card effect that requires the returned cards to be a specific type, Pokémon Communication and Rescue Stretcher.

You're right though.  This is a very noticeable and problematic bug.  It's hard to make decisions when the game is keeping secrets.
 
According to the official rules...
 

The Discard Pile is a public zone, and you can't do anything to it that your opponent isn't fully aware of.
