I'm fairly new. I played the game before but when it was on the Gameboy. Lol. I recently found this game and got really into it. So any help will be greatly appreciated. I recently changed the Dragonite ex for Zeraora gx.

I rate this as a 'bad' deck.

Here's why:

  • Does not follow the usual 15 Pokemon, 35 Trainers, and 10 Energy format most decks use
  • Very little to no draw support (cards that get more cards)
  • Very little to no deck thinners (cards that get the cards you need)
  • Too many main attackers
  • Too few synergy pokemon

Here's how to fix this:

  • Cut down the amount of Pokemon, increase the number of trainers, and reduce the Energies.
  • Add 4 Cynthia and 4 Lille.
  • Add cards like Nest Ball, Bridgette, and Ultra Ball. I'd suggest 4 Ultra Ball, 4 Nest Ball, and 2 Bridgette.
  • It's unfortunate but take away the Eevee. If you can't live without it, try using Wish Baton to pass off the energies to your Eevee when Dragonite is done.
  • Although I see where you were going with the Altaria, please release it as it doesn't add damage to your Dragonite (Altaria only works on dragon types, while Dragonite is a colorless type.)

Here's a decklist I'd recommend (please consider tweaking this deck to your own needs)

2 Dragonite-EX

2 Leafeon-GX

2 Eevee SUM

2 Oranguru SUM

3 Venosaur TUP

3 Bulbasaur DEX

3 Cynthia

3 Lillie

2 Professor Sycamore

4 Nest Ball

4 Ultra Ball

2 Professor Elm’s Lecture

2 VS Seeker

3 Rare Candy

3 Guzma

2 Wishful Baton

2 Switch

2 Skyarrow Bridge

1 Life Forest {*}

1 Rescue Stretcher

1 Computer Search

9 Grass Energy

If that one doesn't suit you, try looking online for decklists! Copy them down and make sure to always change them to your playstyle. People like DarkIntegalGaming, the people at Pokebeach and r/ptcgo are great resources for even more advice.

Theme decks are going to prepare you for constructed the same way operation (the kids game by Hasbro) is going to prepare you for an actual surgery.
