[GAME] Private trade don't work anymore?

I tryed to do a private offer to some user.. and it only give me a background with them.. i can't choose card or anything..

 

Its only happen to some player.. but not everyone is affected..

 

also , i am one of the buggest user.. people can't send me trade..

 

its like some user , the game block us to send offer to them..

 

please fix it .

So i made a test..

 

With a friend online its not working..

 

With a friend offline we can do deal.

 

edit: some friend online work.. some don't..

 

edit: maybe if someone have too much card tagged for trade make it bug?

 

but there is really something broken.

I get the same issue trying to send to certain people, and many people said that they cant send to me.   I really hope this is fixed soon.

I've noticed a lot of people have been effected by not being able to receive a private trade, and if a private trade is sent, it cannot be countered.

 

By this I mean, when I try to do a private trade with someone I can only see the normal TCGO background and an arrow that should be pointing to the giving/getting section, but there's nothing else there. Only the background and arrow. Upon pressing the red X it asks if I would like to discard the trade, if you hit ok, the arrow that was meant to be pointing to the give/get section is removed and you're left with the normal TCGO background, you must choose something else in one of the menus to get out of it.

 

This bug seems to have only effected some people, but if you are a person who is effected, no one else in the game can send you a private trade, you may or may not be able to send to them if they are effected. If they are not effected and you can successfully send them a private trade, they cannot counter without getting the background screen with the lone arrow.

When trying to make a public trade it takes around 30 seconds to load through , making it hard to put up public trades , way to time consuming has anyone else encountered this problem

mine has been fine, both pub and private trades

Maybe it's because I'm on iPad platform I dunno , but a few others in game have mentioned it takes 20-30 seconds to create a public trade maybe it's just certain players or platform I dunno but when I click on create a trade I have to wait 30 seconds for it to even load

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with creating a trade.

 

You can submit a ticket to our support team if you continue having delays. To do so, please click the Support Portal link in my signature and select the "Ask a Question" option.

Im having the same trouble here but,

 

In my case-Im using Windows 10 on my pc and the problem im having is i can trade with some freinds but a blank screen shows up for other freinds. (I've waited over 5 minutes to see if it will show up, but it doesn't)

 

Im having the 30 sec delay for public trade as well

 

Is anyone else experiencing something like this?

i agree with this bug i can send private trades out but i can't see any being sent to me or even be able to counter all i get a blank screen if can fix this would be great! seeing that trading this like the number one thing i love doing in this game other than deck making and battles of course!

I can't make any private trades it's just a blank screen where I have to click x and still nothing I have to enter menu again as zebra said , also when creating a public trade it takes 40 seconds to even load per trade

Since the update I have been unable to use private trade and when making a public trade it takes around 1 minute to even create one , has anyone else experienced this and how long will it be before they patch this as I'm unable to trade thanks

You know what i find weird..

 

Its only player with a good binder who are affected...

 

newbie ( new player) are all fine... 

 

i start to wonder .. do they choose some player for X reason..

 

its really boring.
