[General] Installation - I can't even download the game and get the same error constantly

Every time i go to download this game I get the same error and don't know what to do or what it means. This has been persisting for a year or two and I am now taking it to the forums.

Without knowing the Operating System you're using, or what type of error message you're receiving, it's hard for anyone to know where to start.

 

If by chance, you're using Windows, with either IE or Edge, you'll want to try another browser such as Firefox or Chrome before you give up hope.

 

The most direct way to get a knowledgeable answer is to start a Support Ticket, and ask the Staff.  You can do that by clicking Customer Service at the bottom of any page.  From there, sign in (upper right), go to the PTCGO section, and Ask a Question.

Hello Typhlosion227, I'm sorry to hear you are having some issues downloading the game. RobRatt gave some great advice on trying to download the game in a different browser. If that does not fix your issue then I suggest you send in a ticket to our support team. You can submit a ticket by clicking the link to the support portal in my signature, signing in on the top right side of the page, then selecting the relevant category and clicking Contact Us.
