[GENERAL] Crashing - Game crashed with an error message

I downloaded the game for the first time and when I went to play I recurved a error message saying “the game crashed. The crash report folder named 2019-02-13_200408 next to the game executable”. Idk what happened, I ran the repair tool and that didn’t help.

I suggest sending in the crash file with a support ticket to get to the root of why the game is crashing. You can open a support ticket by clicking the link in my signature, selecting the PTCGO option, and then selecting "Contact Us".
