[CARD] Garbotoxin ability remain or some error in Glaceon Freezing gaze

Client: 2.60.0.4066 : # 1834
Card: Garbodor / Glaceon GX
Card Number: XY Breakpoint (Garbodor), Ultra Prism (Glaceon GX)
 

Expected Action:

1.remove tool card (choice band) on garbodor with garbotoxin ability and expect to enable my pokemon ability.

2. change active pokemon to another pokemon to remove glaceon GX freezing gaze ability
 

Actual Action:

1. garbotoxin ability remain, and my pokemons ability are still disabled.

2. my Gardevoir GX ability cant be used even when Glaceon GX is not the active and tool card removed from Garbodor
 

Steps to Reproduce:

active pokemon > Sylveon GX (guardian rising)

bench>

Gardevoir GX (burning shadows) with secret spring ability

Aromatisse (XY) with fairy transfer ability

Comfey (guardian rising) with flower shield ability

Mr.Mime (XY-breakthrough) with bench barrier ability

Ribombee (lost thunder) with mysterious buzz abliity

 

Opponent

active>Glaceon GX (ultra prism) with freezing gaze ability, with float stone attached

bench>

Garbodor (breakpoint) with garbotoxin ability, with choice band attached

Lapras GX (sun&moon)

Oranguru (sun&moon) with instruct ability

 

1. I can using ability normally before choice band attached to Garbodor, and i cant use gardevoir secret spring abilty due to glaceon GX freezing gaze ability

2. then i remove the choice band tool card from Garbodor in bench and float stone from active glaceon GX

3. I expect i can start transfering energy with aromatisse fairy transfer ability but it happens my pokemons ability still disabled

4. i use guzma to switch opponent active pokemon into Garbodor, and i expect Gardevoir GX ability is enable (cause freezing gaze only active when glaceon GX is the active pokemon)

5. Gardevoir GX ability is still disabled and also the rest of my pokemons ability on field even when garbodor have no pokemon tool attached

6. checking my connection etc and its fine

what i like to point more is besides garbodor that most likely the cause of problem since im not the only one and the first to experience this, this bug also cause another bug with the glaceon GX ability.
