Does anyone know how to get the Pokemon.com account and PTCGO accounts to sync better?

The title says it all... Are there any veteran tips to fix the syncing of the Pokemon website account and the in game PTCGO account? Or at least make it better?

 

I was really frustrated the other day when I played PTCGO for a few hours and had 191 tokens. Then went to Pokemon.com and played a few minigames and watched a few episodes of the anime with my kids. When I first logged in I had 106 tokens, which I dismissed. When I went back to my profile I had something like 136 tokens. I didn't think anything of it and logged out. Later I logged back into PTCGO and I had 136 Tokens in game! It was mildly upsetting... I'm worried now to log out of the game as I have 423 tokens in game, but only 132 showing on Pokemon.com... 

The website and game compliment one another, it's odd having one without the other... However, if it is going to be detrimental to my gameplay to visit the website, then I can't visit the website... The issue needs fixing...

Yet, I realize they know and I also see that not many people have similar complaints. My question would be, does anyone know any technical workarounds that make it work better, at least enough that it doesn't cause any massive losses in game to visit the site? Is there a way to manually get it to work? I've setup up everything on my profile to link with everything else (or at least I think so) and did the same in game. I've even tried exporting my info but don't see any way to upload it to the site or game server... 

Any help or tips would be appreciated... Thanks in advance!

Oh well, I figured out how to get the website to update... Now the current tokens match... That's enough for me... 

If anyone else has the problem I had, it seems if you click "Home," then on the sidebar, click the Token icon, it will send you to the trainer store. Then click back to the "Home," page and the amount should update. Don't know if it works 100% but it did this time... I guess just don't earn tokens on the website without first logging out of the game and vice versa should prevent it... At least in my own unprofessional theory...
