Elekid 21/102?

I have two Elekid cards that I would like to play with in my collection on Pokemon TCG. They show up in my collection but when I go to the deck manager, they are nowhere to be found. Is this a bug or maybe it was a banned card at one time? If anyone could assist, it would be greatly appreciated.

Elekid is one of the older HeartGold & SoulSilver cards, from the Triumphant set.  It's only playable if your deck is designed for the Legacy format, which is anything from HGSS thru the Black & White series.

 

The problem has to do with the Filters in Deck Manager.  A lot of times, if you're trying to modify an existing deck, and it's a Standard format deck, it won't recognize your cards from either Expanded or Legacy.  Whether it's an existing deck, or a new one that you're building -- while in Deck Manager -- you'll need to click the Filters button, and make sure the Legacy box has a checkmark.

Or unmark the box of all 3 of them. Then will show all the cards as it's not filtering.
