20 energy is too much. Maximum 14 or less. Make space for more trainers and a couple more pokémon maybe.
 
For the Charizard evolution you need Rare Candy. Trade for it. One random XY or SUM pack can get you 3. If good pack LOT, GRI, TEU, you can get 4 with one or 2 reverse maybe. Evolution 4-1-4/3-1-3 of charizard better.
 
Something to heal the little 20 damage of the ability. Big Malasada or Max potion. Try not be a supporter.
 
For Pyroar you need Evosoda. But Pyroar seem not good card to play. 3-1 is bad evolution. Try 2-1 better 2-2. Better combo tech is Magcargo CES 24. Is cpies in Blazing Volcano and Hidro Fury decks. Ether is bad card but can work very good with Magcargo.
 
Entei is not good too.
 
4 ultra ball. Is important card, help discard energies for BlackSmith.
 
I guess don't need The Masked Royal. Charizard charges with Ability. Keep only one Brock grit or cut all. One must be enough and is better Super Rod and Rescue Stretcher and Energy Recycler. Supporter of the turn can be another better than Brock. Cilan another bad supporter, you charge Charizard from deck, not from hand. and is better Professor Letter and you have.
 
Add Vs seeker and ACE SPEC if you can.
 
You don't need EX and GX to win, but apart from Charizard and the Oranguru, the other pokemon seem not help too much or be very good but you need 3 or 4 Charizard to be consistent deck. Sometime add different type is good, in theme decks there is good techs, Swampert, Naganadel, Zebstrika, Alolan Ninetales and more.

Pyroar is stll bad. Flash Fire Pyroar is better. But still cut to add 2 Magcargo or Alolan Ninetales with Luminous Barrier. Magcargo better.

 

Rest is better. 4 Professor Letter is too much. Charizard charge with ability. What to do with energies in the hand if only possible to add 1 a turn?

 

Read again above post. You are right direction but needs to trade for some cards, keep working  ;)

I might suggest running a copy of DrM charizard as well.  It has a strong attack, and while it cannot turbocharge itself, it should be able to pull its weight.

 

I'm considering putting my list in a new thread; I've found some moderate success with this deck in Expanded.

I'd recommend against ether and potion, in favor of more draw supporters.  Also, if you're doing this in expanded (as I assume from the blacksmith), octillery is probably better than alolan sandslash, and vs seeker is an amazing card.  I also think three evolution lines is going to be too much to get out reliably, so I'd suggest cutting either magcargo or the drawing aid line.
