COUNTER ENERGY / COUNTER GAIN Together

I played a game recently. I was behind in prizes (4 for me, 3 for opponent). I had a Diancie Prism Star Fighting out. WIth a Counter Energy and a Counter Gain shouldn't I have been able to use my attack for 3 Energy Cost? The Counter Energy should count as 2 Energy and the Counter Gain should remove one energy cost?

 

Also how do I attach a Game Log?
