Game wont install properly on Windows 10 Pro and Nvidia SLI

Hi,

 

I tried to install the latest pokemon tcgo on my laptop. This laptop has the following specs:

• Windows 10 Pro
• Nvidia SLI (2x 765M)
• 16 GB RAM

 

As you can see my laptop is more than capable to run this kind of game. Unfortunately it keeps complaining every single time that I try to run the game. This is the error message:

 

Failed to initialize Direct3D.

Make sure you have at least DirectX 9.0c installed, have drivers for your

graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration

in display settings.

InitializeEngineGraphics failed

 

I even ran dxdiag, to check the DirectX version and if the 3d acceleration was enable:

 

• DirectX version = 12
• 3D acceleration = Enable

 

 

I do not have a clue how to fix this. 

 

Please help me to get this thing running
