AZ/Acerola issue, Depotic Fangs/Magic Evens-Odds Issue

I just played a game where whenever I picked up a damaged pokémon with Acerola the damage came with the card. When replayed, the damage was still present.

Separately, in the same game a Mr. Mime-GX blocked an attack from Tyrantrum-EX although Tyrantrum's attack damage should not be affected Magic Odds or Magic Evens due to Despotic Fangs.

This is a known visual issue.  Unless your case is different, the damage is not actually there; it erroneously displays.

On the second one- are you sure there were no modifiers on the attack?  Many cards can add an odd number of damage to an attack.  If it happens again, try to save  game log. :)

A damage increase/decrease wouldn't stop Tyrantrum-EX's damage regardless.

Despotic Fangs - Damage from this Pokémon's attacks isn't affected by any effects on your opponent's Active pokémon.

If I am not mistaken, wouldn't that mean that the damage done by Tyrantrum-EX would not be affected by an ability that blocks damage? Mr. Mime-GX's Magic Odds, for example reads like this:

Magic Odds - Prevent all damage done to this Pokémon by your opponent's attacks if that damage is exactly 10, 30, 50, 70, 90, 110, 130, 150, 170, 190, 210, 230, or 250.

In this scenario, let's say Tyrantrum-EX is swinging for 190, a number typically blocked, but then Despotic Fangs says Tyrantrum-EX's damage isn't affected so shouldn't it go through? Before it is mentioned, no, there were no pokémon in play that shut off abilities.
