Does anyone know how the gameplay Gold/Blue/Purple/Green/Red energy coins are obtained? Are they even tradable?

 

I know the silver one came from theme deck code, but what about these other ones.

95% certain the other ones were never released.  100% certain they are not tradable.  I've been lusting after the Gold one since I started PTCGO, because that's what I use IRL.

 

The Silver one comes from the Night Hunter Trainer Kit (Zoroark/Excadrill), and is tradable.
