Pretty minor, but if you open a Team Up Build & Battle Box (i.e. Evolution pack) and you get Erika's Hospitality, you will get the holo version. So until this get fixed, there's no way to get the non-holo version.

No, that's what it's supposed to give.  It's the same with the IRL copies.  I'm not sure what they plan to do with the non-holo, but it doesn't come from the build & battles.

Are you certain the physical (IRL) Build & Battle Box gives a Foil version of this card?

 

I never got one personally, so I've asked this question also (@ In-Game Item Exchange).  From off-site sources (e.g. Bulbapedia and others), I've heard that this prerelease kit comes with the non-holo version, which matches it being added to the Online game.  Otherwise, I haven't heard of any product that explains this non-holo card being added.

 

I'm not doubting you.  Just double-checking, hoping to get more info.

irl build and battle box gives non holo erikas. not a single person online has opened a non holo copy of erikas
