[PC] Crashing - Game crashed with a crash error

I tried to reopen the app but it didn't work: it show only this message:

 

The game crashed.

The crash report folder named "2019-01-30_225102" next to game executable.

It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game.

 

I don't know how to fix it, can someone help?

If the game is still crashing when you try to open it, please reach out to our support team. You can open a ticket by clicking the link in my signature and selecting the PTCGO option and then "Contact Us". Please be sure to include the crash file with your ticket.
