Cards

  • Bastiodon (STS #70): Damage counters from Counter Head's retaliation effect are placed before all effects of the triggering attack are resolved.
  • Beast Ball (CES #125): Zooming the opponent's Prize cards while they are resolving the effect of Beast Ball may cause the client to become non-responsive.
  • Black Market Prism Star (TEU #134): The effect of this card does not consistently function if an effect such as Exp. Share removes all {D} Energy from a {D} Pokemon that has been Knocked Out by damage from an opponent's attack before that Pokemon leaves play.
  • Carbink (LOT #143): Wonder Ray does not consistently prevent all effects of the opponent's attacks done to Carbink by a Pokemon that has an Ability.
  • Comfey (GRI #93): Discarding the last (Y) Energy attached to a Pokémon does not consistently end Flower Shield's effect on that Pokémon immediately if the discarded card was a Special Energy.
  • Fairy Charm UB (TEU #142): This card's effect does not function while Wonder Energy (PRC #144) is also attached.
  • Field Blower (GRI #125, 163): Using Field Blower to discard a Shedinja (LOT #13) attached to a Stage 2 or Mega Evolution Pokémon, which does not have Basic or Stage 1 Pokémon beneath it, will also discard all of the Energy attached to that Pokémon.
  • Garbodor (DRX #54, PLF #119, LTR #68, BKT #57): The effect of Garbotoxin does not consistently end if Garbodor leaves play while another Pokemon with an Ability suppression effect is in play.
  • Gladion (CIN #95, 109): Zooming the opponent's Prize cards while they are resolving the effect of Gladion may cause the client to become non-responsive.
  • Metal Goggles (TEU #148, 195): Damage counters from a retaliation effect on the Defending Pokemon are not prevented from being placed on an attacking Pokemon with Metal Goggles attached.
  • Naganadel (LOT #108): Energy attached from the discard pile by Charging Up will trigger effects that react to Energy being attached from the hand.
  • Sabrina's Suggestion (TEU #154, 181): Selecting Gladion (CIN #95, 109) from the opponent's hand causes the match to crash.
  • Shedinja (LOT #13): Using Field Blower (GRI #125, 163) to discard a Shedinja attached to a Stage 2 or Mega Evolution Pokémon, which does not have Basic or Stage 1 Pokémon beneath it, will also discard all of the Energy attached to that Pokémon.
  • Sigilyph (PLB #41): The client can become non-responsive if the effect of Toolbox is disabled while multiple Pokémon Tool cards that increase HP are attached to Sigilyph.
  • Slaking (CES #115): The effect of Lazy does not consistently end if Slaking leaves play while another Pokemon with an Ability suppression effect is in play.
  • Slurpuff (XY #126): Discarding the last (Y) Energy attached to a Pokémon does not consistently end Sweet Veil's effect on that Pokémon immediately if the discarded card was a Special Energy.
  • Snorlax (FLF #80, GEN #58): Effects that suppress Abilities do not prevent the effect of Stir and Snooze.
  • Spell Tag (LOT #190, 235): Effects that prevent the effects of Abilities will prevent damage counters placed by Spell Tag.
  • Turtonator (BUS #26): Damage from the Flame Cloak attack is not listed in the game log.
  • Turtonator-GX (BUS #18, 131, 148): Damage counters from Shell Trap's retaliation effect are placed before all effects of the triggering attack are resolved.
  • Virizion-EX (PLB #9, 96): Discarding the last (G) Energy attached to a Pokémon does not consistently end Verdant Wind's effect on that Pokémon immediately if the discarded card was a Special Energy.
  • Wobbuffet (PR #XY155): Damage counters from Right Back at You's retaliation effect are placed before all effects of the triggering attack are resolved.

General
  • After logging in to the game the loading bar can occasionally show a value that is far greater or less than 0-100%.
  • An error may occur when attempting to uninstall the game via the Control Panel when installed in any language other than English. Running the Installer and selecting "Uninstall" will resolve the issue.
  • The Mac client may fail to install or update over a wireless connection for systems running OSX 10.12 or higher.

Gameplay: General
  • Attack effects that remove the attacking Pokémon from play are processed after the game resolves any Knock Outs that occur due to the attack's damage, rather than before.
  • Cards removed from the attacking Pokémon to meet the requirement of an optional "if you do" attack effect are removed before damage is calculated and applied to the Defending Pokémon, rather than after.
  • Cards selected for an attack that lets the player choose "any amount" of that card type to be moved to or removed from the attacking Pokémon are moved/removed before damage is calculated and applied to the Defending Pokémon, rather than after.
  • The damage counter marker remains present on a Pokemon that is returned to the hand if a Pokemon Tool card that increased its maximum HP was attached. This is a visual issue only and is corrected when a change occurs to Pokemon's maximum HP after being replayed, or when the Pokemon is moved to any zone other than in play or in the hand.
  • When a player concedes a match the game log identifies the match as having ended due to the use of a special card.

Gameplay: Versus
  • Some players may not appear in the Versus Leaderboards Pokemon.com, despite having earned Versus points during the time frame selected.

Cards: Collection
  • The Erika's Hospitality card in some Sun & Moon—Team Up Evolution Packs is foil, rather than non-foil.
  • The pack type for unopened theme decks is Bundle Pack, rather than Theme Deck.
  • While in List View, the Collector # column shows the wrong set size for cards from Sun & Moon—Team Up.
Cards: Deck Manager
  • The Torrential Cannon theme deck includes 3 copies of Pidgey (TEU #122), rather than 3 copies of Pidgey (TEU #121).
Cards: Trading
  • While an avatar item is equipped any additional, tradable copies of that item in the Collection cannot be included in a trade offer.

Shop
  • Code cards from the 2013 Pokemon World Championships decks do not deliver the expected items.
