Please help me with the missing of my card packs?!

    I am a fresh player. Yesterday I've received the  rewards for 3 days signing  in ,it contains 5 card packs. but i can not find them anywhere include the pack. I really love this game and it could be the best game I have ever played, So I need that card packs to go further in the game. Please help me find out what happen to my account, I'll be appreciate it!!!

Did you check in Collection > Packs?

If you didn't check your collection, then you should probably submit a support ticket.

Hello smalltank3, WingsofFire made a good suggestion. If you still have not found your packs as expected you should submit a ticket to our support team. You can submit a ticket by clicking the link to the support portal in my signature, signing in on the top right side of the page, then selecting the relevant category and clicking Contact Us.

Hi Moderator ,I think i may find the answer. I wonder if it's posible that I've received the packs on the first day instead the third day .becaus it seems that i've opened a few packs on that day.THANK YOU ANYWAY!!
