Client: 2.59.0.4021
Card: Sableye, Super Scoop Up, Seismitoad EX
Card Number: Ceslestial Storm #88
Expected Action: Super Scoop Up should remove all damage and effects from the Seismitoad EX
Actual Action: When replayed, the Seismitoad EX had 10 damage and had an indicator that it could not use Quaking Punch that turn.
Steps to Reproduce: Use Sableye's Disable attack on Quaking Punch, use Super Scoop up on Seismitoad EX, replay the Seismitoad EX

Notes: I didn't get to test if the effect was real (as in it prevented me from attacking), or if it wore off after a turn, because my opponent conceded before I got the chance.  However, the 10 damage was definitely real.  I assume this will happen with other cards that have attacks similar to Disable, and with cards like AZ, Scoop Up Cyclone, and Acerola.

Card: Diantha
Card Number: Forbidden Light #105, #130
Expected Action: Diantha should be unplayable when a friendly Fairy Pokemon is knocked out from Poison damage.
Actual Action: Diantha was played.
Steps to Reproduce: Use any method poison a Fairy Pokemon, then damage it down to 10 HP remaining.  I dealt 2 ticks of poison damage to a 60 HP Ralts, then used Quaking Punch for 30, and it was knocked out from a third tick.  This bug may exist with similar cards like Teammates.

If your opponent conceded, how can you know that the 10 damage indicator was real?

The visual bug of indicators remaining has been reported.
