I can't the Pikachu Themed avatar box items in my collection!

So... I bought the Pikachu Collection Avatar Box, but I can not find it in my trainer inventory! Im a new player, so is there something I am doing wrong?

They're in >Collection (2nd button) >Packs (the tab), and have to be opened there.
