[GAME] Tournaments - lost due to time running out

 i was reading other forums and found the same thing happening to other people, like from 3 years ago. my question is why is this a thing i basically won that match or was about to then the time runs out and i lose, according to the rules of the game my opponent should have lost. another question why haven't they fixed this issue yet people have made complaints for 3 years plus now...

The one big difference between online and irl is that each player has their own clock in online. So if your clock runs to zero you automatically lose, you dont share a clock.

OK found the timer that's interesting they give u 12.30 to finish the match.. OK. that's cool didn't know that. why dont they pause the timer when its not my turn. its like using my time even tho im not using it.. which is stupid.

The timer only runs when it's your turn.  ...same when it's your opponent (which you can see also, BTW).

Well, except for the time it wastes, but both players have to deal with those few seconds of unplayable time that get eaten.
