[PC] Log in - Unable to Log in

Having issues signing into PTCGO. I know my account login info (otherwise I wouldn't be able to post this) I gave my personal information to PTCGO support as requested, its been almost a week since the request and since I've obliged and I still can't get into my account.

I have an active ticket that hasn't been responded to in multiple days but weirdly has a "Mark as solved" option. The issue hasn't been solved and I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide either in information or help expediting the process.
