[GAME] General - Stuck before match

Sometimes i got stuck before coin flip and not get message "waiting for your opponent ...". I can't do anything except closing the game.

I want to just chime in and second this. Same as the OP except I've actually waited out to see what happens, and after about 4 minutes the game gives me the message, "We're sorry. Your game has crashed due to a server error. Your win streak has not been affected, though, so you can join another game with your current game streak." Doesn't happen every match, but happens frequently enough that it's very irritating (about once every 3 games). PLEASE look into this. There's another thread on these forums that talks about someone losing a trade and the packs that were involved. This is something that needs to be fixed ASAP because it's something that makes the game literally unplayable.

It's obvious that the servers at AWS (Amazon Web Services) are behaving erratically, especially those dedicated to some of the foreign locations.  This started last night with Tournaments going down.  And it was fixed.

But, guess what?  It's a holiday for many nations (New Years), and whether it's the extra traffic, or they're short-staffed, we've got to show a little patience.  Surely they know there's a problem, probably both at AWS and TPCi.

Yes, it's inconvenient.  It has been for me too.  But it's not worth getting your shorts in a twist.

 

@OP, until they get this fixed, you don't have to close the game.  Just wait it out (if you can).  After about two minutes of inactivity, you'll get a popup message about a "server error" and your "win streak not being affected."

This is happening to me also.... many issues with the servers...takes forever to find an opponent, cancelling the search and minutes later it starts one.
