Torchic 3800

I found this Torchic card in a group of cards I bought at garage sale.  

 

It is a foil card with the e Ember 20  -- but is has the number 3800 --and I can not find this anywhere  - 

Anybody know what this is?

You can use the official Pokémon TCG Database to locate any Pokémon card released in the English language. I believe the only cards missing from the database are some older sets and promo cards, and special stamped promo cards such as McDonalds & World Championship cards.

 

If you can't find the card you are looking for in the database, feel free to send a ticket to the support team by clicking the support portal link in my signature. Make sure you are logged in to the support portal and click the Pokémon Trading Card Game link. From there click "Contact Us" and submit your question. Feel free to include any images you wish of the card you are wondering about. The support team should be able to give you additional information regarding your card.

 

These are the only versions of Torchic I could find in the database that have "Ember - 20" as an attack. There is another version or 2 of Torchic that has Ember but does a different amount of damage than 20.

Unfortunately, there's a good chance it's a fake.  Counterfeit pokemon cards are pretty common, and it's not unusual for them to advertise my adding big numbers, especially to HP and attack damage.  Does the card feel the same thickness as others you know are real?
