Sneasel - Hone Claws not applying bonus

For the last couple days when I use Sneasel's Hone Claw attack it is not applying the base 80 to my next Slash attack.  Anyone else having this issue?

It's possible that it's related to this bug:

The conditions seem to be about the same, at least. I'd need to test other cards, but it's looking likely that other cards that buff your next attack have been affected as well.
