[PC] Crashing - How do I submit a crash file?

Hi everyone!

Recently i tried to open PTCGO on my PC (Windows 7 Ultimate) and i got one prompt saying:

 

"The game crashed.
The crash report folder named "2018-12-18_175206" next to game executable.

It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game!"

 

I dont know if other people are having the same problem, and if someone knows how to fix this please tell me.

(If my english is wrong im sorry cuz im Brazilian)

In order for our Support Team to investigate this issue, please submit a ticket by clicking the link to the Support Portal link in my signature, signing in on the top right side of the page, then selecting the relevant category and clicking Contact Us.

 

I would recommend providing them with the crash report folder.

 

I have also moved your topic to the Technical Support forum and updated the title to be more descriptive.
