Beta rewards sleeves + deck box can't be publicly traded?

Whenever I post a trade, some time later I check the public trades list to double-check the trade's there. I let the list fully load: going from 1 minute left to 47 hours and 59 minutes left (or times very close to those), and I've ALWAYS managed to find my trades back. Yet when I try and offer the 2 aforementioned items in a trade, I can't find that trade. Twice in a row even, despite that I've never had this problem before no matter when I search! Can't be coincidental, right?

 

And it's not about what I'm searching for: I have another trade where I ask for the exact same thing, and I find that trade properly. It's also not about the list's refresh not showing everything: I've tried it a bunch of times refreshing the list and coming back at different times, yet I continue to have a 100% success rate finding my trade without beta items and a 0% success finding my trade with the beta items.

 

So, it seems there's a bug: either trades with those items remain unlisted for some reason, or if that's intentional it shouldn't be possible to create a public trade with those items in the first place.

they show up, i can 3 trades for and giving beta rewards deck box and or sleeve right now.

Huh. when I search for beta I get 0 results (Acceptable Trades Only is unchecked). I first let the list fully load before I searched, then I did another attempt by hitting the refresh button.

 

Well, I guess that means my trade stands out like a sore thumb then I thought the beta stuff had some value because "no one ever trades them", but I suppose that's false then (cancelled that trade now).
