Magcargo Beach

This deck is stupid. If it gets set up, the game like Shrek is all ogre. The strategy involves getting at least two Magcargo GX and two Magcargo CES up as soon as possible, smoothing over fire energy with the baby Magcargo and attaching it with the Magcargo GX. Moltres LOT is in the deck for early game energy acceleration and serving as a back up non GX attacker, and Victini (*) does a nice job of returning energy from the discard to the deck and doing upwards of 240 damage if the maximum amount of energy have been discarded.

This deck has great draw power using Lillie, Sightseer, and Acro Bike as well as Cynthia to refresh. One could even throw down Heat Factory (*) to gain additional draw power. The addition of Lysandre labs knocks out Shrine of Punishment and prevents your opponent from making use of those pesky Choice Bands, Wishful Batons, and retreat mechanisms. Speaking of retreat, Slugma CES is in this deck despite having 70 hp because its one energy attack prevents the opponent from retreating during their next turn, an excellent trick if the other player opens up with Tapu Lele GX as their starting Pokemon (ouch).  Energy recycle system is preferred over energy retrieval because having more energy in the deck means more energy to attack with (and Magcargo's ability easily gets it back). The lone field blower is there to stall if you want to keep heat factory out an additional turn without worrying about PokeTools.

I'm not sure how I would improve this deck... it eats the popular Sceptile GX decks for breakfast with little effort, and Steel decks that don't use Shining Mane Solgaleo GX or Altar of the Sunne will also be in deep trouble if they cross paths with this bad boy.

I think you can slot in an Instruct Oranguru somewhere. Maybe cut out a Moltres for it (I don't see many decklists play Moltres tho)?

Otherwise, looks pretty solid.

I took your advice... and then some! I added one Oranguru, replaced the two remaining Moltres with two Entei to give me another high damage attacker (albeit with lower hit points) and replaced a rescue stretcher with a prism star Lysandre. I'm now calling it Lysandre's Mill & Chill, and it's pretty fun to play. Here's the new deck list:
