[PC] Graphics - Black Screen, No Sound!

OK, after some Google-fu, I gathered that this is a common problem with this Pokemon gaming app on Windows and MacOS, especially after system updates. I get the app window, it functions fine, with the loading bar and news fluff, but after launching it proper it's just blank every time. My software is Windows 10 version 1803 

Please help.

You may need to check that your system meets the minimum requirements here and that you have the most recent video drivers as well. If everything looks good there, please reach out to support so they can look into this further with you.
