Any Blacephalon GX decks running?

Lost Thunder has been out for a while so I decided now would be the perfect time to snag a blacephalon gx to buid a deck around but, holy **** even his single is so expensive. On TCGPlayer he can go for nearly $27 in his most common form. And to think that some decks would require 4 of them, that's nearly $90 and the deck isn't even complete. I'm assuming because of this no one's running a Blacephalon GX deck at the moment? Maybe someone out there got lucky enough in packs but that's highly unlikely

Well, ONLINE I've got 4 of them, 2 RA, 1 FA, 1 RR.

 

I need to look into this.

It's surprising how viable the deck is, considering it needs to permanently get rid of over a dozen energy to win a game.   I must say I underestimated it- I did happen to pull a locked copy early on.

 

But I think the key piece your missing here is that the reason it's so flipping expensive is because so many people are using it.  The demand is so incredibly high that its price has skyrocketed, as no one who has it wants to let it go.

 

So yes, there are certainly plenty of people using the deck.  It's too bad you can't get the cards.
