As far as I know, this is the coin of D&P > Secret wonders > Lavaflow.

 

Has deck been available in game ever? Don't think so.

 

Anyway, it seems the coin was a Tournament (aka Event) prize reward from a Mystery wheel around 2013 for limited time, and unobtainable anymore October 2014 onwards or before. Doesn't seem it was obtainable through gems anytime.

 

All the threads looking for Munchlax coin never had answers or they treat the coin as Unobtainable (2012, 2013, 2014, 2016...)

 

After everything, still no way to know (for me at least) if that Mystery wheel prizes where tradeable.

 

And if this would be tradeable would cost I don't know, 500 packs? 1000? 2000? LOL

Hasta donde se essa moneda no estuvo disponible en esa epoca, a los unicos que se las vi fueron a aquellos que tenian cuenta patrocinada por Pokemon, pero desconosco si la pueden usar o solo fue un error en ese momento y lo corrijieron mas tarde.
